Common questions

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

How do I verify a visited country?

Open your travel portfolio or visited countries map, select a country, and use GPS verification when you are physically in that country. VPN or proxy connections may block verification.

How do stories work?

Stories disappear after 24 hours. You can save your own stories to profile highlights so they stay visible on your profile after they expire from the story ring.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and associated data from RoamStats.

How do I report a post or block someone?

Use the report option on a post, or block a user from their profile. You can manage blocked accounts under Settings → Blocked Accounts.
